Current Shipping /Delivery Situation
We appreciate your patience with shipping delays. Due to the impact of COVID-19, it may take longer for your order to arrive. Check your email for all order status updates. We'll send you an email once items are shipped from our distribution center. Thank you again for your understanding and your support.

We make every effort to process your order as soon as possible. Orders ship within 2-4 business days (excluding U.S. federal holidays), pending payment verification. Orders received after 12 Noon EST will be processed the following business day.

During special promotions or new collection launches, please allow for additional processing time due to high order volume.

GIFT WRAPPING

If you have placed an order as a gift, please notify us. We offer complimentary gift wrapping and can also include a gift receipt as well as a handwritten note on behalf of the sender. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship all orders via USPS First Class from New York. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days from the date of shipment, but occasionally USPS experiences delays due to weather.

If you have placed an order that needs to arrive by a certain date, please notify us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee expedited delivery, we do our best to prioritize these orders and will try to accommodate special requests, if notified as soon as your order has been placed. 

Once a shipment has been scanned and delivered to the mail carrier, all items will then be considered the sole responsibility and property of the customer. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders ship within 3-5 business days (excluding U.S. federal holidays), pending payment verification.

The receiver is responsible for all duties, tariffs and customs fees.

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International, which typically takes 6-28 business days for delivery from the date of shipment and does not provide reliable tracking information. We cannot predict or control how long packages remain in customs.

If you need to receive your order by a certain date, please notify us immediately. We cannot guarantee a delivery date, but will prioritize special requests whenever possible. 

International orders may not be returned or exchanged, and we do not refund international shipping charges, duties, tariffs or customs fees. Final sale only.
