What is the return policy?

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. You can return your item/s for full refund or exchange. Our return policy lasts 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods such as books, gift cards, swimwear, underwear, tights, socks, hats, hair accessories, some toys. We also do not accept back products that are personal care and skin care products.

All items on "Sale" can't be returned, but can be exchanged.

All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns due to the length of international delivery.

Please note: If you do decide to return your unopened and undamaged product, you are responsible for the shipping charges

Domestic shipping

We ship all orders via USPS First Class from New York. Free shipping is available on orders above $70 (contiguous US only). 
Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days from the date of shipment, but occasionally USPS experiences delays due to weather.

International shipping

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International, which typically takes 6-28 business days for delivery from the date of shipment and does not provide reliable tracking information. We cannot predict or control how long packages remain in customs. The receiver is responsible for all duties, tariffs and customs fees.

Gift wrapping

We offer complimentary gift wrapping and can also include a gift receipt as well as a handwritten note on behalf of the sender. Please, contact us  if you have placed an order as a gift.

We strive do deliver only high quality items, but sometimes production mistakes happen and we do apologize in advance for your inconvenience. You can return your item/s for full refund or exchange.
